Cassi Carnes is a Master Herbalist, graduating from the School of Natural Healing. She is also an AFZPA certified FootZonology Practitioner and Instructor, and certified in FaceZonology. She has a passion for health, wellness, and the body's ability to heal itself. 

Cassi is the mother of four good and kind, amazing humans. One of her favorite roles has been that of homeschool mom. She loves reading, spending time with her family, connecting with plants, and going on adventurous road trips.
