Place 1 teaspoon tea blend in a reusable tea bag and pour 1 cup hot water over it, cover, and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea bag and enjoy.

Fomentation Directions:
Make a cup of the Gland Stand tea. Soak a piece of cotton or flannel material. Then place the not-too-hot, soaked material over the congested area. Cover and keep in place for 20-30 minutes.
