Service Description
Everyone has spices in their home to flavor their food, but do you know that a lot of our kitchen herbs and spices also have medicinal purposes? This class takes 20 common culinary spices and teaches how we can use them medicinally to help. Taught by Beth Davis, M.H. Beth Davis is a wife, mother of 11, grandmother of 3. Over 14 years ago, Beth started her herbal journey as she tried to recover from a traumatic brain injury (TBI). She went on to become a Master & Clinical Herbalist, FootZonology Practitioner, and trained with the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Beth has a passion for teaching people about God’s great creations and how we can utilize them for our betterment. She takes a vitalist approach to healing, instructing others on how to strengthen and support the body herbally for it to “do it’s thing.” Almost 2 years ago, her family started roadschooling. They have traveled around the great USA and have decided to winter in the Nashville area until spring.
